Charmaine herself has been through her own trials and tribulations—she's a survivor of sexual assault and has faced difficult battles with body image, anxiety, and depression. Her trials led her to the idea for The Charmaine Show. She wanted to create a space where people could sit down, have a conversation, and be reminded that there are many paths to happiness and that they're all worth exploring.

Hey, I’m Charmaine Paige
I’m a writer, host, and cultivator of spaces where women’s stories don’t disappear—they multiply. You’ve probably already found The Charmaine Show if you’ve been around; that’s my digital living room for real stories and deep conversation. Off-camera, I encourage women who are turning the page after burnout, trauma, or a season that no longer fits. I also create experiences where women can connect, reflect, and pour into one another.
I don’t believe in empowerment that asks women to shrink, soften, or sanitize themselves to be palatable. I believe in your full story, your unapologetic voice, your community-rooted healing, and your right to joy—because healing isn’t only about surviving, it’s about making space for beauty, rest, and everyday magic.
A few things you might not know: I’m a cat mom, a conversationalist at heart, and I move between worlds—labor and creativity, advocacy and artistry, faith and mental wellness, digital and in-person. That in-between is where my best work lives.
Creatively, I turn my skills into conversations, coaching, and writing that help women honor where they’ve been while stepping into who they’re becoming.

Charmaine is a Spoken Word Poet, from Brooklyn, NY.
She has been writing poetry for over ten years. She has performed at local open mics, churches, community events, and colleges. Charmaine's poetry is filled with emotions and life experiences she tells stories that are relatable to the lives of her audience.
Her mission is to inspire other's through her experiences by speaking openly about life's challenges and victories.
